PALOS HILLS, IL (AUGUST 26th, 2005) - Brian Eskra, president and CEO of LP Software, announced the release of several updates to his company's product line. "The release of Version 4.20 of LPMS™, Version 6.4 of LPMS Web™, and Version 2.10 of LPMS Audit™ is the culmination of several months of development work."

This release includes numerous enhancements including the addition of several exciting new features.

LPMS 4.20
- Reporting enhanced to allow greater filtering
- Merchandise lookup to automatically populate description/department/price information from product table.
- Improved process for adding attachments to files in LPMS
- New People tab: The Witness tab has changed to "People". This new feature allows clients to track different types of people associated with a case (Witness, Attorneys, Victim's, etc.)
Award Management Module:
- This optional modules provides the ability to manage employee awards. This module is tightly integrated with LPMS and includes payroll export and import functions, built-in workflow processes, and reporting.
This is a new module and requires an additional license cost.

LPMS SmartAlert Module: This optional module is an automated email alert and reporting tool which can be configured to:
- Alert management when critical incidents occur.
- Alert users and management of cases open or not touched
- Alert management of high theft items
- Alert management of cases where injuries occur or if a case is over a certain dollar value.

- Ability to add/modify Journal entries
LPMS Audit 2.1
- Implementation of new security level settings to control access to audits.
- Several new reports have been added. Also, many of the reports now feature graphing capability.
- New store group filer allows the user to create custom store groups for reporting purposes.
